Information collected
We collect information you provide for inquiries, bookings, contracts, payments, questionnaires, gallery delivery, and support. This may include your name, email, phone number, session details, signed agreements, messages, selected images, and transaction records.
How information is used
We use information to provide photography services, schedule sessions, prepare proposals and invoices, process and reconcile payments, deliver galleries, communicate with clients, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary first-party cookies for security, sign-in, bookings, language preferences, and remembering your privacy choice. With your permission, we use a first-party analytics identifier to understand visits and improve the site. Analytics and marketing are optional and remain off until you choose them. We do not currently set third-party advertising cookies. Email marketing requires a separate, explicit subscription. You can change cookie preferences from the link in the footer.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the site and deliver services, including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for secure application data and storage, and email-delivery providers for transactional messages. Payment-card details are entered into Stripe’s payment experience and are not stored by MarLens Studio on this website.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or other parties with your direction or consent. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal, tax, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Gallery availability and photographic-file retention are governed by the applicable service agreement.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your contact information, ask a privacy question, or withdraw optional image-use permission for future uses by contacting contact@marlensstudio.com. Withdrawal does not affect a use already lawfully completed before the request was received.
Security and updates
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change; the current version will be posted on this page.
